Chairman
Lanham Napier is the co-founder and Chairman of BuildGroup, an Austin-based firm investing in emerging SaaS companies. As CEO of Rackspace, he led its growth from $1.5M to over $1.5B in revenue, including a successful IPO. A fifth-generation Texan and Rice and Harvard Business graduate, Lanham is deeply involved in his community and serves on several non-profit boards.

Rajiv Patel serves as an active board member playing a key role in business strategy and operations. He is also the President and co-founder of Spear Street Capital, a commercial real estate private equity firm.
JUSTIN MOORE

Justin Moore is the CEO of Innovius Capital, a San Francisco-based firm investing in emerging SaaS and Infrastructure companies. He also serves on the board of several private and public companies. Previously, Justin founded three infrastructure companies—most recently CEO of Axcient, a leading provider of data backup and business continuity acquired by Thoma Bravo.

Jacques Greyling is a seasoned executive with extensive leadership experience in data center operations and real estate investment. He spent over a decade at Rackspace, where he led global infrastructure initiatives, including the construction and migration of data centers across multiple countries. Jacques is also the founder of Jaxee LLC, a real estate investment firm.

Harvey Powers was the CIO of P23, the Napier family office. Previously, he worked in the Special Situations Group at Goldman Sachs and co-founded Nextvest, a software platform for private equity investment. He serves on the boards of Teal Systems and the USIT Foundation. A graduate of the Plan II and Business Honors Programs of University of Texas at Austin, Harvey resides in Austin with his wife.

Miguel Fernandez is the Chairman and CEO of Flō Networks, a multinational telecommunications company he co-founded in 2001. Under his leadership, the company provides digital infrastructure services over a 22,000-mile fiber-optic network. A native of the Paso del Norte region, he is active in civic organizations and serves on the boards of WestStar Bank and University Medical Center.

George P. Bush served as the 28th Land Commissioner for Texas from 2015–2023. A practicing attorney and former U.S. Navy Reserves Intelligence Officer, he also co-founded Pine Cove Capital, a Texas-based opportunistic partnership where he currently serves as Managing Partner.

Alicia Keyes is the former New Mexico Cabinet Secretary of Economic Development, where she oversaw $34 billion in economic impact, including major deals such as Netflix’s $2 billion U.S. production facility and Intel’s $3.5 billion expansion. She has served as Chairperson of Spaceport America and the Border Authority, and previously held leadership roles at the ABQ Film Office and Walt Disney Company.
